Song title: KURAYAMINOKUMO

Game: Final Fantasy III
It's been a while since I uploaded a song extension, eh?
As you can see, this is Cloud of Darkness' theme, extended to last 26 minutes. No, rather, this is the most epic remix of this theme I've managed to find. It's interesting, how much you can do with a theme that originally lasted less than 70 seconds, right?
Cloud of Darkness is too underrated. She (he?) really needs more appreciation as a villain; at least Dissidia attempts to fix that. Still, it's a bit disappointing that not many people seem to be interested in this theme, not even in the remake teams themselves... I mean, I get it might be for stylistic reasons, but I still feel kinda let down with such a wasted opportunity for this theme as the DS remake.
I need to play the game soon D:

Song: Thermodynamical Remembrance ~ Diligite ex Machina (Ragonis theme)
Composer: LENK64
Original from: Nansei 11.8 - Hills of the Gods
Welcome to Nansei 11.8. Perhaps this is where Nanseis plots start to become noticeable. (I mean, Demons in Wonderland and Destructive Force Monster had some interesting plots, but they werent directly linked to the music, which is the most visible part of Nansei). I like Ragonis arc a lot: xes* a complex character with an interesting motivation. :3
And then theres all hir** interaction with the Gunsos. Its very nice, and it makes this project one of the ones Id like the most to see in a more elaborate way. For some reason, I see this project as a Phantasmagoria-style game, although thats probably just me.
** Hello, Lenen wiki~
Well, hope you enjoy this theme as much as I do, cause I love it. :3

Original from: Nansei 11 - Chimera Generation
So I fell asleep once again and disappeared into the aether for a couple months. Its been forever since Ive uploaded anything, nya~
Truth be told, it was mostly because Im lazy. Other reasons include thesis hell (as always) and the fact that I couldnt get the cover to look quite right... Hope the current one isnt too terrible~
So Nansei goes up to 11 (and beyond!). For some reason I discovered Chimera Generation a bit later than the other Nansei sets (some tagging problems that made me ignore them when playing on phone is a part of those reasons) but now that I can really pay attention to them in their full glory, theyre really good!
As Ive said before, Experienced Resident (10) was the point in which LENK64s style started becoming noticeably different from Touhou, which is a key part of developing her own identity. This trend continues here, with ambience and themes very different from the ones introduced by ZUN, and it shows~ I really love this track (and the final boss theme, which I feel is kinda underrated) and I think LENK64 did an amazing work creating the ambience in which the story moves. Deseeeeert~
Oh, and I used MLVs portrait of Hiyake because I think shes a bit cuter there.

BIG TOTTE IS WATCHING YOU
I couldnt go without uploading Tottes theme at some point. As I said before, Totte is terrifying; literally a perennial mind-reader who is always watching you, and with eyes everywhere. She even runs a jail. I dont want to know if she has a Room 101, but she probably has one.
(For those who dont get this reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministries_of_Nineteen_Eighty-Four)
Either way, I love her character. I mean, maybe she appears super derivative at first, but then you pay more attention and theres this mood whiplash... An amazing final boss, and this arrange brings all the strength the original needed.
I had a really hard time choosing a track from BoH. Check it, its a-ma-zing. I considered Mikos theme, the Kokunai shrine theme and Kukyo Konens pre-battle theme among others, but I finally settled on this because Totte.
Also, for some reason Ive always envisioned this game as a fighting game, although its apparently intended as a danmaku shooter like the others. I dunno, Kukyo Konen seems ideal for a fighting game to me, and itd be interesting to see characters such as Nozomi, Totte and Kodomo (yeah) in a fighting game context.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this one; thanks for watching as always!

![Feast of Evil ~ Celestial Burst [Extended] - TLC Stage 4 Theme
(I do not own anything related to this video)
Title: Feast of Evil ~ Celestial Burst
Composer: Wanwan
Game: The Last Comer (Touhou fangame)
Heres The Last Corners Stage 4 theme. Fun little theme, dont you think? I guess the beginning is too calm, perhaps... considering whos the boss of the stage. Still, very nice, and it works, even though I didnt expect fighting someone who uses miniature suns as danmaku with this song as BGM.
Oh, and it definitely doesnt sound as what Id expect from a song called Feast of Evil, tee-hee. Feast of Evil ~ Celestial Burst [Extended] - TLC Stage 4 Theme](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/c56Y6GpburM/mqdefault.jpg)

This is Shinmyoumarus theme, arranged in the style of LENK64s Nansei Project. Its one of my favorite arranges of this song. :3
I hope this video helps (at least a little bit) to get more attention to LENK64s work. Hopefully well get to see a real Nansei game someday, heh (Id like to contribute, too, but since Im so lazy with my own projects I doubt Id be of much help, heh =w=).
I wish I had 10% of her talent. Oh well, I suppose mathematics doesnt leave space for much else... heheh. So much creativity and talent, Im envious :3
Hope you enjoy this video. And really, go check her original music. Its fantastic.
Thank you for watching!
EDIT: Gah, whats up with the blinking? Its the second video in a row. Well, whatever, as long as the audio is not affected =u= (checking...)

![Touhou 15 OST: Pure Furies ~ Whereabouts of the Heart [Extended]
(Touhou Project, Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom et al. are the intellectual property of ZUN and Team Shanghai Alice, and I dont own the rights to any character, the art, or the music from this video. This is made for entertainment purposes only.)
Warning, there are some spoilers in the text following!
(Note added a few days later: turns out you cant judge a character if theres still some translation pending. Many impressions from the following text are inaccurate/wrong).
So weve come to this. Pristine Danmaku for Killing a Person. And so, the most serious incident in Gensokyo unravels...
Then again, Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom is probably the most frustrating Touhou game Ive ever played. Yeah, that includes fangames, even those with terrible controls and absurd hitboxes. (Im looking at you, Mythical Mirror). Add that to the fact that Im a terrible player and youll get me throwing my laptop at the wall after the 200th retry against Clownpieces Hell Eclipse.
Then again... Okay, the game is obviously rushed. ZUN didnt apply image effects properly to his textures and you can see the edge of the images he used at some points (Stage 5 sky being the most obvious, but that might have to do with me playing at 960x720), there are still some nasty bugs (hint: dont let demo plays actually play; they erase your Pointdevice saves) and some danmaku is freaking ridiculous in... not a good way. But still, I think its a pretty nice game after all. I liked the story (a bit more complex than the usual Girls are now causing an incident for selfish reasons standard plot), the new characters are neat (I love/hate Clownpiece so much... she indeed drove me to madness with her Majora-style spellcards ._.) and, no matter the unbalancedness and such, I think the danmaku and the music really convey the characters personalities. The atmosphere in the game is amazing.
Junko in particular is noteworthy. Ive seen thousands of posts everywhere saying I hate her spellcards because theyre bland, uninteresting and absurdly hard. Theyre bland, sure. And they were a nightmare (although Clownpiece was worse). They almost dont feel Touhou-ish. But thats the whole point. Shes the most alien character ZUN has created until now, purified to the point that shes only the embodiment of her own hatred against Change nowadays; she even sustains herself in her own grudge, going beyond the need of faith... is she a divine spirit anymore? ZUN even reinforces this by not giving her a title nor a surname; shes the only named character in forever who lacks a proper title, i.e. a proper identification. And thus, her danmaku is also purified; its only purpose now is to kill the player, theres no beauty pretense in it anymore. The effort put in creating the atmosphere for the fight is incredible.
Randomly, Junko reminds me of Zeromus. Both are embodiments of pure hatred and former Lunarians willing to accept genocide as a tool for their ends and thus deemed the enemy by the Moon people (even though most Lunarians arent aware of Junkos existence). However, Junko managed to retain a personality. Shes even capable of having a real friendship with Hecatia. Thus, ZUN managed to take the same idea of FFIV and create a more complex antagonist in a couple of stages in a shooting game than Final Fantasy managed to do in two games (IV and TAY)... then again, thats because the focus on both games is more on Cecil and Golbez than anything else.
Oh well, Junko being the Touhou analogue of Zeromus would fit well with the rather more obvious parallels of Sagume being Sephiroth and Clownpiece being Kefka. Heck, maybe thats even intentional, given that ZUN is apparently quite fond of the Final Fantasy series. (By the way, Dancing Mads Japanese name has something to do with dancing fairies, wouldnt that be a part of the inspiration of Clownpiece as a fairy clown?)
Well, wall of text as usual. Thanks for watching!
P.S.: Im alive and my danmakufu projects arent dead, I just havent been able to record anything interesting lately. Touhou 15 OST: Pure Furies ~ Whereabouts of the Heart [Extended]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fh5sDm5dmDU/mqdefault.jpg)

Song: Frozen Zombie (Track 15, Koori no Yuyus theme)
Composer: LENK64
Original from: Nansei 02 - Toxic Difficulty*
* Nansei 2, 2.5 and 3 were originally intended as Touhou fangames. (I suppose that Nansei 1 was so as well, but since those videos were taken down...) So, if you try looking for them on YouTube youll find them with the tag 東方Project or 東方Fanmade.
This is the game that introduced me to Nansei, through Tsuzerus theme, Toxic to the Sword (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcxJyJCBViA and also check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gpwNo48CrO0). Incidentally, this game is also indirectly responsible for me discovering The Last Comer and then its sequels. However, a little while would pass between me finding this and then deciding to check the other songs, so I didnt discover this jewel instantly.
I think this is the best song of Toxic Difficulty. Well, matter of tastes I suppose, theres many people who love Himekas theme over this apparently (which is actually amazing in itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bayxo5UDENU although I like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-Q26Wrl7Kw a lot more). And, as Ive said already, Toxic to the Sword is a really notable theme: simple yet powerful.
Time goes fast, heh. LENK64s style has changed a lot, and shes made a lot of improvement. I daresay shes better than Wanwan and other artists who get quite some recognition nowadays. Indeed a lot of talent and skill, and its obvious theres a lot of effort going behind Nansei Project. A work of love, one could say.
I made this jewel case too. I used NS11.8s art for Tsuzeru for the cover, and Chimera Generations art for Yuyus image (obviously both by LENK64).

And more Hitori goodness for good measure. A cool serial killer sorcerer scarecrow indeed. This time he appears accompanying his apprentice, Majutsu.
That moment where you have to choose between a sadistic, psychopatic conspirator/serial killer and a despotic, remorseless dictator, who is also a cat... Demons in Wonderland has quite the complex backstory, which is pretty interesting~ And theres the followup from Wonder Execution Gamble, the latest Nansei c: Really, take a moment to check the backstories for the newer games, theyre worth it.
Well, Im sleepy so I dont think I have any good ideas to write, so enjoy this Hitori goodness. Have a good day~
