So we've come to this. "Pristine Danmaku for Killing a Person". And so, the most serious incident in Gensokyo unravels...
Then again, Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom is probably the most frustrating Touhou game I've ever played. Yeah, that includes fangames, even those with terrible controls and absurd hitboxes. (I'm looking at you, Mythical Mirror). Add that to the fact that I'm a terrible player and you'll get me throwing my laptop at the wall after the 200th retry against Clownpiece's "Hell Eclipse".
Then again... Okay, the game is obviously rushed. ZUN didn't apply image effects properly to his textures and you can see the edge of the images he used at some points (Stage 5 sky being the most obvious, but that might have to do with me playing at 960x720), there are still some nasty bugs (hint: don't let demo plays actually play; they erase your Pointdevice saves) and some danmaku is freaking ridiculous in... not a good way. But still, I think it's a pretty nice game after all. I liked the story (a bit more complex than the usual "Girls are now causing an incident for selfish reasons" standard plot), the new characters are neat (I love/hate Clownpiece so much... she indeed drove me to madness with her Majora-style spellcards ._.) and, no matter the unbalancedness and such, I think the danmaku and the music really convey the characters' personalities. The atmosphere in the game is amazing.
Junko in particular is noteworthy. I've seen thousands of posts everywhere saying "I hate her spellcards because they're bland, uninteresting and absurdly hard". They're bland, sure. And they were a nightmare (although Clownpiece was worse). They almost don't feel Touhou-ish. But that's the whole point. She's the most alien character ZUN has created until now, purified to the point that she's only the embodiment of her own hatred against Chang'e nowadays; she even sustains herself in her own grudge, going beyond the need of faith... is she a divine spirit anymore? ZUN even reinforces this by not giving her a title nor a surname; she's the only named character in forever who lacks a proper title, i.e. a proper "identification". And thus, her danmaku is also purified; its only purpose now is to kill the player, there's no beauty pretense in it anymore. The effort put in creating the atmosphere for the fight is incredible.
Randomly, Junko reminds me of Zeromus. Both are embodiments of pure hatred and former Lunarians willing to accept genocide as a tool for their ends and thus deemed "the enemy" by the Moon people (even though most Lunarians aren't aware of Junko's existence). However, Junko managed to retain a personality. She's even capable of having a real friendship with Hecatia. Thus, ZUN managed to take the same idea of FFIV and create a more complex antagonist in a couple of stages in a shooting game than Final Fantasy managed to do in two games (IV and TAY)... then again, that's because the focus on both games is more on Cecil and Golbez than anything else.
Oh well, Junko being the Touhou analogue of Zeromus would fit well with the rather more obvious parallels of Sagume being Sephiroth and Clownpiece being Kefka. Heck, maybe that's even intentional, given that ZUN is apparently quite fond of the Final Fantasy series. (By the way, Dancing Mad's Japanese name has something to do with dancing fairies, wouldn't that be a part of the inspiration of Clownpiece as a fairy clown?)
Well, wall of text as usual. Thanks for watching!
P.S.: I'm alive and my danmakufu projects aren't dead, I just haven't been able to record anything interesting lately.

(Nansei Project belongs to LENK64, a.k.a. Miki Hiroyuki. Im not related in any way to the project nor the team behind these masterpieces; Im just a fan. Characters and music belong to LENK64)
Song: Frozen Zombie (Track 15, Koori no Yuyus theme)
Composer: LENK64
Original from: Nansei 02 - Toxic Difficulty*
* Nansei 2, 2.5 and 3 were originally intended as Touhou fangames. (I suppose that Nansei 1 was so as well, but since those videos were taken down...) So, if you try looking for them on YouTube youll find them with the tag 東方Project or 東方Fanmade.
This is the game that introduced me to Nansei, through Tsuzerus theme, Toxic to the Sword (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcxJyJCBViA and also check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gpwNo48CrO0). Incidentally, this game is also indirectly responsible for me discovering The Last Comer and then its sequels. However, a little while would pass between me finding this and then deciding to check the other songs, so I didnt discover this jewel instantly.
I think this is the best song of Toxic Difficulty. Well, matter of tastes I suppose, theres many people who love Himekas theme over this apparently (which is actually amazing in itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bayxo5UDENU although I like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-Q26Wrl7Kw a lot more). And, as Ive said already, Toxic to the Sword is a really notable theme: simple yet powerful.
Time goes fast, heh. LENK64s style has changed a lot, and shes made a lot of improvement. I daresay shes better than Wanwan and other artists who get quite some recognition nowadays. Indeed a lot of talent and skill, and its obvious theres a lot of effort going behind Nansei Project. A work of love, one could say.
I made this jewel case too. I used NS11.8s art for Tsuzeru for the cover, and Chimera Generations art for Yuyus image (obviously both by LENK64).

And more Hitori goodness for good measure. A cool serial killer sorcerer scarecrow indeed. This time he appears accompanying his apprentice, Majutsu.
That moment where you have to choose between a sadistic, psychopatic conspirator/serial killer and a despotic, remorseless dictator, who is also a cat... Demons in Wonderland has quite the complex backstory, which is pretty interesting~ And theres the followup from Wonder Execution Gamble, the latest Nansei c: Really, take a moment to check the backstories for the newer games, theyre worth it.
Well, Im sleepy so I dont think I have any good ideas to write, so enjoy this Hitori goodness. Have a good day~

![The Tank Girls Dream - Rikas Extra Boss Theme (Remastered)
Game: Story of Eastern Wonderland
Title: The Tank Girls Dream
Composer: ZUN
Remastered by [s]Jinx[/s] JynX
Cut by me, kinda~
... yep, a really nice medley remix. Another cut with Audacity. Again: I didnt compose nor remaster the music, I just got scissor-happy in Audacity with this long remastering-medley-remix of Rikas themes, made by Jinx. (Which you can get at http://nicosound.anyap.info/sound/sm12458658, by the way).
Mmm, Ive never beaten Story of Eastern Wonderland. I beat the fan remake though, does that count? Probably not, as the remake has lots of things that were absent from the original, such as focusing and counterbombing...
Still, Rika needs more love.
This time the video doesnt last 3:14, sadly... The Tank Girls Dream - Rikas Extra Boss Theme (Remastered)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/hunbGLyDWoo/mqdefault.jpg)

Title: 月下の策謀 (Machinations in the Moonlight [?]) ~ Angelic Night
Composer: Wanwan
Game: Mystic Power Plant (Touhou fangame)
Hello again~ Its been ages since the last time I uploaded something here.
This is the Stage 3 boss theme from a new Touhou fangame in progress, Mystic Power Plant (or somesuch...) from the same people who made The Last Comer. Geez, Danmakufu ph3 is apparently far better than the former Danmakufu as an engine, as the game looks really pretty and... well, it still has slowdown, but its not as wonky as The Last Comer in such regards. I hope its finished soon.
I wonder what the story is about... It seemed to me like the game has an ecology or new energy sources theme (from the name, obviously, and also because Stage 1 has something that looks like pollution, and Stage 3 is full of solar panels) but... Heck, I have absolutely zero idea on what would an angel called Saraka (Sarakiel, according to the game files... thats suspicious) have to do with solar panels.
I wonder if this theme sounds... familiar to anyone. Its not like theres an old Touhou game from many years ago who had an angel as final boss, right? Since Touhou apparently started at the sixth iteration... And even if there was an angel final boss, it (she?) definitely wouldnt be called Sariel, right...?
Anyways, I like Saraka/Sarakiels design. Scythes are neat. I wonder if shes an angel of death or something...
Oh, and also playable Reimu+Okuu! Just wonderful.
And whats up with the Kodama girls? (Echo?) Every stage has one of those as the midboss, and they all look quite similar to eachother. Strange...
Well, this theme is more of a mix of Now, Until the Moment of Die and Civilization of Magic (Lets Die All Together) than original, but quite neat still... Machinations in the Moonlight ~ Angelic Night [Extended] - Saraka SantAngelos Theme](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/nV1jo1s09T0/mqdefault.jpg)
![Firinion Resurrection [Extended] - Corin Charites Theme
(I do not own anything related to this video)
Title: Firinion Resurrection (?)
Composer: Wanwan
Game: The Last Comer (Touhou fangame)
Hiya, its been aa while since the last time I uploaded a song extension or... well, anything. So I decided to upload one of the remaining songs from The Last Comer, the one from the Stage 2 boss, Remil ah? You say she isnt Remilia? Then who... ah. Aaaah...!
Shes Corin Charite, the Stage 2 boss of TLC. Shes totally not Remilia and her danmaku is totally different from Remilias. :3 (But I like her and her design anyways... and her theme is fairly awesome, methinks~) Shes supposed to be a vampire who dislikes blood and the carnage associated with it, so shes developed the ability to survive on minimal quantities of the red stuff. That has the downside of making her quite weak, for a vampire at least. Oh, and shes an acquaintance of Remilia, and Remi gives her the (low) doses of blood she needs. ([spoiler]
She also appears with Remi in one of Sakuyas endings.
[/spoiler])
I hope you enjoy her theme. Wanwan makes quite awesome music indeed~
Ah, and Spear the Gae Bulg? Cuchulainn and Flandre (CtC, remember?) want to ask you for copyright, Corin. Tee-hee~ Firinion Resurrection [Extended] - Corin Charites Theme](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/oC353NlIKiY/mqdefault.jpg)
![Test 4+5: Stage 1 and playable characters at last ~ 6ky [Danmakufu ph3]
Disclaimer: I do not own Touhou Project, Flandre Scarlet, Remilia Scarlet, etc. etc., nor I do own the music, which is *strictly* a placeholder, and if ZUN or Frontier Aja considers its not under fair use to use it, Ill gladly replace this video by a version without music.
Stage 1: Scarlet Devil Mansion
BGM: Scarlet Tears, from Koumajou Densetsu, a.k.a. Touhouvania (which belongs to Frontier Aja)
Midboss: Remilia Scarlet
Boss: Flandre Scarlet
BGM: Once again, Sunny Milks Scarlet Mist Incident, by ZUN.
Oooh, finally. I think Ive made more progress on this during the last month than during the, um... whatever-how-many-maybe-over-9000 years between I first conceived this and made some drawings and now. Now it *almost* looks like a real game. Meet Remi, by the way. No need to introduce her, probably?
Sadly, there are some -serious- lag problems, mostly after the midboss, some of which I guess are caused by how old my computer is getting nowadays, but I think theres a rogue task or something in my System script too. Gotta fix that soon.
Also, meet some of the playable cast! I finally decided to work in a player script. Which is still incomplete, by the way; it doesnt have a bomb and has some residual code from the default player I havent deleted/fixed yet.
This time its Reimu/Daiyousei. Yep, in this game youll team up with fairies. Maybe the homing part is quite overpowered this time, but keep in mind this is barely an alpha yet; gotta balance EVERYTHING first before this is ready for a demo release.
Ive also tested custom items/power/etc. here and the Motivation system, which controls Dai-chans firepower and presence during the game.
Thanks for watching!
P.S. Three tries to guess whos going to be Marisas partner, and the first two dont count. ;3 Test 4+5: Stage 1 and playable characters at last ~ 6ky [Danmakufu ph3]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/pfo8oqYou3M/mqdefault.jpg)
