Supermicro leadership were indicted for allegations of GPU smuggling in a story that ties-up loose ends from our investigation late last year. Now-former Supermicro staff are accused of using a "decoy" server scheme wherein warehouses and server rooms would be dressed-up to pass inspections and act as a go-between with China, lining-up with our own findings investigating the GPU smuggling supply chain in August of 2025.
