This one was a real workout for me too. π
For the next pack in my monthly FREE mocap series, I captured 15 minutes and 6 seconds of fitness and workout using my Rokoko Smartsuit.
The Biggest Mocap Pack Yet! π₯
The pack includes a mix of functional training, stretching, strength exercises, and gym movements β ready to use in your games, cinematics, animations, and other projects.
And yes... I actually had to perform all of these movements myself. π
