Giuliano Nicoletti of @iuliusguitars is an Italian Acoustic Engineer and Guitar Maker based in Saint-Étienne France. I visited him to learn more about his forward-thinking work mixing his twin passions of acoustic physics and acoustic guitars. However, I was not prepared for the wonderful food I was to experience during my visit.
