Should Omega bring back the Globemaster? Halfway through 2026, Omega discontinued one of my favourite watches: the Constellation Globemaster, moving the Constellation series onto the new Observatory collection. In this video, I’m unboxing the beloved—and now discontinued—Globemaster, specifically the ref. 130.33.39.21.02.001, with its subtle and understated silver dial. From the ‘Pie Pan’ dial design that pays homage to the 1952 original to the fluted bezel and the METAS-certified Co-Axial Calibre 8900 inside, I explore the details that made this 39mm watch so great.
