Well I always get excited by mimosa because it's something that grows near me, it's rare 🤣. Generally mimosa smells of fuzzy, sometimes furry and powdery yellow. It's just very lovely and sunshiney.

I won't actually waffle on about it, I think we all know what it is. Although in real life it's kinda green, a little bitter and doesn't smell of too much to me
