I was following behind the van at a decent distance, doing 20-22mph in a 20mph zone. But this driver decided to tailgate me at around 0.5-0.6s. He then proceed to overtake me when I stopped at a zebra crossing to give way to pedestrian in violation of rule 191.
The best logic of the century: I need to start speeding up so he won't tailgate me endangering my life when I was doing 20-22mph, maintaining the distance between me and the vehicle in front. And there's a red light down the road...
