This was from a year ago, reported to police but didn't get a reply. I was filtering up and I saw a very bright phone screen shining into the drivers face. So I looked at him through the illegally tinted windows. He didn't realise a flashing light was "staring" at him nor the green light. He only came out of his phone world and back into the reality after the honking from the driver behind. He then realised that I was looking at him. For some reason, he just stared back at me and even stopped to continue to look at me over his shoulder as if asking me why I was looking at him. Very weird.
