Tired of losing your glues, finishes, and stains in a cluttered shop? Cold temps ruining your adhesives? This compact, wall-mounted glue & finish cabinet is the perfect solution!
This clam-style storage cabinet folds open to double your storage without taking up extra wall space. Inspired by Steve Ramsey’s design, I’ve added a hidden front tool door to store brushes, tape, and other finishing tools. And when the temperature drops, you can unhook it from the French cleat and bring it inside—protecting your materials from cold damage.
This project is part of an Onion Project, meaning you can build just the base cabinet or add more features depending on what you need. In this full build, I’ll walk you through the entire process step by step.
