Magikarp is the Zero to Hero Pokemon, but KIDS THESE DAYS have it so easy! Back in MY day, if we wanted a Gyarados, we had to do it the hard way! The REALLY hard way...without even the held item XP share to focus XP into Magikarp, the only way to get Gyarados was to struggle your way to the top, or to endure the agony of switch training. It might actually be easier to try swimming up a waterfall myself...
