Pseudo legends join late and weak, but with a LOT of training and favoritism, they blossom into some of the strongest pokemon in the franchise, with HUGE 600 stat totals often with juicy Dragon typing and deep movepools. Unlike Fire Emblem Ests, these late bloomers are actually worth it!
