Nothing is better than a Hershey Chocolate Chip Cookie, with oatmeal, and throw some apricots in to make a soft and chewy cookie that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks of butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 2/3 cup (10oz package) Hershey's premier white chips (used chocolate chips)
3/4 cup chopped apricots.
I hope you love this recipe as much as I loved it and the cookie monster I live with (my husband aka Mr. Picky). I know the last of the video the picture of the cookbook shows backward forgive me I am learning and will do better.
