☐ 2 Tbsp oil
☐ 1/2 large onion (diced)
☐ 4 minced garlic cloves
☐ 1 Tbsp oregano
☐ 1 Tbsp cumin
☐ 1 Tbsp paprika
☐ 3 Tbsp McCormick dark chili powder
☐ 8 oz. Dos Equis Amber beer
☐ 4 Tbsp tomato paste
☐ 2 cans diced tomatoes
☐ 3 cups beef broth
☐ 2 cans chili beans (kidney beans)
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
☐ corn starch slurry (3 Tbsp corn starch mixed in a little bit of water)
TOPPINGS:
☐ shredded cheese
☐ sour cream
☐ green onions
