I'm sharing my Homemade Zuppa Toscana Recipe, a deliciously creamy and hearty soup that's even better than what you'll find at Olive Garden! This Zuppa Toscana is packed with savory Italian sausage, crispy bacon, fresh herbs, and tender potatoes, this soup is perfect for cozy nights or family gatherings.

☐ 8 Strips of bacon (bite size)
☐ 1 Lbs. Ground Italian sausage (I use half hot and half mild)

☐ 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
☐ 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
☐ 1/2 chopped onion
☐ 4 minced garlic cloves
☐ 1 Tbsp fresh Thyme
☐ 1 Tbsp fresh Rosemary
☐ 3 Bay leaves (sliced)
☐ 1 Tsp dried oregano
☐ 1/3 Cup flour
☐ 32 oz. container chicken broth
☐ 2-3 sliced russet potatoes (with skin)

☐ 1 2/3 Cup Heavy cream
☐ 2-3 Cups chopped Kale
