Yes, you can make actually crispy healthier apple fritters with an #AirFryer! No yeast. Under 10 minutes!
Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup AP flour
¼ cup Swerve or Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
⅓ cup Milk of choice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Eggs
2 medium Apples peeled, cored and diced small
Instructions:
Pre-heat your air fryer at 400. Meanwhile combine your dry ingredients. Add your wet ingredients and mix. I have a mixer and it helps! Fold in your apples. I used my hands 😂.
Drop about 1/4 cup of dough on parchment paper. You’ll most likely want to cook in batches of 2 or 3. Don’t overfill! “Fry” at 400 for 4 minutes then flip and fry again for another 4.
If you want to add frosting, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with a splash of milk and cinnamon. Drizzle and enjoy!
