Hey everyone!!!! Thanks so much for stopping by. A lot of you asked for another workout video that’s a little bit more challenging or something I do every day. Here’s the workout and post-workout smoothie below:

Circuit 1 (x4)
-20 squats to push press w/ 20 lb bar
-20 lateral ball slams (12 lb ball)
-20 box jumps
Circuit 2 (x4)
-20 squats w/ 30 lb bar
-20 pike to push ups with a yoga ball
-20 kettle bell swings (I used 24 kg)
Finish with 20 min of cardio + 5 min cool down
Alternate between 1 min of steady run
1 min steady jog
If you need to, throw in 30 seconds of walking!
Smoothie:
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 tblsp cocoa powder
-1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup blueberries
Blend and enjoy!
