Difford's Guide to Cocktails is now in its 18th edition and has been a go-to resource for thousands of bartenders across the world for 20+ years (including me). It began life as the 'Sauce Guide' however, reconstituted from salvaged parts of a failed dot com venture and CLASS magazine.
