Resident Evil 4's amazing gameplay and cast of great characters always has me coming back to the game year after year. I've invested more time into this one entry then I've have in some whole series. And I wanted to discuss a character whose stuck with me personally as I've grown up. This being Luis Sera, one of the coolest characters in all of Resident Evil.
