It's an accurate, carefully created piano arrangement of the full song.

"Getting Better" was written by Paul McCartney (with some of the lyrics written by John Lennon) for the Beatles' legendary 1967 album "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band".
Inspired by the Summer of Love, psychedelics (most notably LSD), the idea of creating an album around the fictional Sgt. Pepper band, and incorporating a broad diversity of styles (from classical music to avant-garde), new sound effects and technology, the album became a defining moment of the 1960s, and had an impact on pop culture that's hard to overstate.
After release, "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" topped the charts for weeks in both the US and the UK.
It won four Grammy Awards in 1968, and remains one of the best-selling albums of all time with over 32 million copies sold worldwide!
"Getting Better", which many critics found reminiscent of the Beatles' previous hit single "Penny Lane", makes for an amazing piano cover!
