It's an accurate, carefully created piano arrangement of the legendary opening theme song from Dragon Ball Z.
"Cha-La Head-Cha-La" (γγ£γ©γ»γγγγ£γ©) was recorded by Japanese singer Hironobu Kageyama ( ε½±ε±± γγγγ ).
The song was used as the opening theme for the first 199 episodes of the famous anime series, which originally aired in Japan from 1989-1996.
