The Broadband Competence Offices (BCOs) Network brings together European public authorities and broadband stakeholders to drive digital connectivity in Europe. It helps to build cooperation at EU, national and regional level, as well as to exchange knowledge and share resources and good practices. Established in 2017, the BCO Network now includes BCOs in every EU Member State, as well as in Norway and the Western Balkans.
