Batman investigate a series of crimes committed by an unknown enemy, who have been an established culture before Wayne's birth. Existed for over a century, hidden underneath the city of Gotham.

As things begin to unfold, the society called 'The Court of Owls' targets Bruce Wayne, as he announced to reshape the infamous crime-filled city. In hope for a better future for Gotham. Until the Court sent out assassins known as 'Talons' to kill Wayne.

While Batman makes his attempt to discover who the society is, he slowly uncovers secrets from his ancestors' past..."
