Grandiose Recollections and Beautiful Years is a fan-made remake of Dante Timberwolf’s “All The Grand Memories Of All The Lovely Years”, with elements of Vanpassinby's Everywhere In A Different Universe, aiming to pay homage to the original while refining the original’s execution, concepts, and tracks. The album follows a married individual born in the late 19th/early 20th century, as they grapple with Alzheimer’s Disease and its encroachment on the mind.

"Here we slip into a state of total delirium. Awareness of oneself and the outside world is rare, and obscured when present. Thick brain fog settles in and encompasses us, slowly destroying the mind as recollections are fragmented repeatedly, scattered about and flowing together. The mind's broken state may occasionally give way to a dissociative bliss, emblematic of rotting cognition.

The patient can no longer live by themselves, needing a caregiver to help with basic daily tasks. They may get abnormally frustrated at their failing mental state, prompting outbursts. These slowly regress and become more internal as agnosia worsens and furthers the rift between the real world and their mind."
