Nostalgic Memories in a Fading Universe is a more ambitious take on the concept of Everywhere in My Mind, which was using samples personal to the creator. This reinterpreted version of the project's 7th year is meant to take a much more original approach to clinical stage 6, while also improving on some parts of the original year 7.

"By the seventh year, the last remnants of memory are nearly snuffed out. The patient needs assistance in doing the most basic of tasks and everything is new to them. With this, they experience sudden changes in their mood, often lashing out in anger. Degradation perpetually deepens into the eighth year, with even the names of those held close finally slipping away."
