An exclusive stereo remix and remaster from the original mono recording of “House of the Rising Sun” by the Animals. This version of an American traditional folk song was recorded in May 1964 with Eric Burdon on vocals. An edited single was released the following month and became the first British Invasion's number one recording in the U.S. by a band not being the Beatles.
