The Alum Ridge Boys & Ashlee performed for us live in an all acoustic concert. The full concert is here! Andrew Small, vocals and mandolin; Trevor Holder, vocals and banjo; Ashlee Watkins, vocals and guitar. For this concert they are joined by AJ Srubas on fiddle and Rina Rossi on bass. Bluegrass Unlimited says this: "The Alum Ridge Boys & Ashlee is a five-piece band headquartered in Floyd, Virginia. The band describes its approach as “old time country music,” and that’s an accurate description. Their music is deeply rooted in the historical sweet spot of the 1940s and early 1950s, before bluegrass, old-time, and mountain music were arbitrarily separated into distinct styles with semi-rigid borders.” Concert film is directed by David Bunn with Stephen Schauer Director of Photography and Audio Engineer, Alex Blair camera and co-editor w/David Bunn, and Antione Midant, camera. © Deep End Sessions 2026
