Stitch, Don't Scroll. Shop our beginner-friendly needlepoint kits here: bit.ly/coypondstudio

Thank you so much for watching. The explosion of AI slop is turning our algorithms into brain-rot machines. It's no wonder why people are increasingly looking to get away from their phones. In this video, I explain the psychology of short-form content and brain rot; it mainly comes down to just understanding habits. Whether this content is actually rotting our brains is not yet well studied in the literature, but it certainly feels plausible. At the very least, it's hacking your attention and stopping you from engaging in meaningful activities that help you grow as a person.

There are many ways to combat this, but my favourite is substituting doomscrolling for needlepoint. That's why I started CoyPondStudio with my wife. We believe it's the most fun way to stop scrolling. Get yours now at: bit.ly/coypondstudio . Very limited stock available.
