What gives art value? By analyzing the problem from a signaling and evolutionary psychology point of view, I try to provide some answers to this question.

I'm a big proponent of using more evolutionary thinking in behavioral science. It helps us to uncover the hidden motives behind what we do so much more than just going by what people SAY their motives are. That story is almost always a fallacy, to get the real motive, you have to dig quite a bit deeper.

Behavioral Economics and Behavioral Science is such a great evidence-based community to be a part of right now. What is really amazing is the ability for us to use behavioral science for self-development and productivity purposes. Understanding HABITS is really key. There is so much misinformation about habits out there, and we have good data to justify why these poor pieces of advice are incorrect.
