Sometimes, the worst decisions are the ones that seem harmless.
After losing his job and feeling like his life is falling apart, Derek unexpectedly runs into an old friend he hasn't seen in years. What begins as a chance reunion soon leads him down a lonely back road, deep into the countryside, and toward a forgotten house hidden among the trees.
At first, it seems like nothing more than an abandoned building.
A place to explore.
A place to escape.
But as darkness falls and a storm rolls in, strange things begin to happen. Familiar faces become unfamiliar. The silence of the forest gives way to something far more disturbing. And inside that decaying house, Derek discovers that some places are abandoned for a reason.
Now trapped in the middle of nowhere, with no way to call for help and something waiting in the darkness, he must confront a nightmare that shouldn't exist.
Tonight's story is a terrifying tale of curiosity, regret, and the horrors that can hide behind a familiar face.
