Tonight’s story unfolds through a series of haunting journal entries left behind by a man named Scott, who sets out on a quiet camping trip to Dog Slaughter Falls in rural Kentucky with his girlfriend, Brittany. What begins as a peaceful hike soon takes a strange turn when the couple stumbles upon a secluded clearing filled with other campers who claim to have arrived there by mistake.
As night falls, whispers spread through the group about a creature said to roam the woods: a beast with antlers, hooves, and the eyes of a wolf. When Brittany disappears and strange symbols are found carved into the trees, Scott’s journal shifts from casual notes to desperate confessions, documenting an ancient mystery that refuses to stay buried in the dark.
