"Where could I use AI?" sounds like a good question. It isn't. It's tool-hunting in disguise, and the tool ends up choosing your problem for you.
Episode 2 of The Workflow Architect replaces that question with a better one and gives you three tests a task has to pass before it's worth building a workflow for: recurring, structured, and draining. Most people skip the third one, and it's the only one that predicts whether you'll still be using the thing in a month.
