The very 1st Ferrari 296 we could ever see in HillClimb Racing was this beautiful unit rented by Lucio Peruggini to do this season´s mythic Trento Bondone, the longest HillClimb in Europe. The 2.9L Twin -Turbo V6 powered machine was masterfully driven by Mr. Peruggini on their way to a victory in the GT Class all in the very first time he drove the car. Goes to show just how much more evolved these new Chassis are and a sign that we will probably start seeing more units of the 296 coming the European Hills to battle against the Monsters we know and love.
