Hi everyone, and happy new year! If you’ve been following the channel for a while now, you’ll know I try to make a special video like this at the end of every year.
2022 was a fantastic year for the channel, ending up with over 70,000 subscribers, and it’s thanks to every single one of you who continue to watch me cram myself into airplanes!
There are a few more videos I filmed last year that I’m still working on, so there’s plenty of interesting stuff on the way, and some really exciting flights happening this year.
So, with this one last look back at 2022, I just wanted to say, thank you so much for your continued support, and I hope you enjoy.

A couple weeks ago, this Royal Canadian Air Force CC-138 Twin Otter paid a visit to Calgary. This visitor from 440 Squadron spent a few days at Calgary’s Springbank Airport, apparently giving some rides to Air Cadets.
The RCAF only has 4 of these planes and they’re based out of Yellowknife for transport and search and rescue operations up north, so theyre not a common sight here at all. That, plus Springbank backgrounds, meant I had to go film a few of those flights for myself. Enjoy the video!

The day I filmed the NASA DC-8 at Paine Field in Everett, Washington, there were a few other movements of interest, including multiple KC-46 test flights, a 747 LCF Dreamlifter departing for Charleston, South Carolina, and a rare Boeing 737-600 from the secretive Janet Airlines.
