Join us as we take our RV out to Cougar Buttes, California, for an unforgettable Thanksgiving adventure in the desert. This trip has it all: rock crawling, prerunning through the open desert, a chili cook-off, breaking trucks, fixing trucks, and sharing great food with even better friends. We’ve been off-roading for nearly two decades, and Cougar Buttes is one of our favorite places to camp, wheel, and celebrate the holidays.
In this video we take the RV deep into the Buttes, set up camp, hit the trails in our off-road rigs, and push them a little too hard at times. From technical rock crawling to fast desert lines, we show the real experience of what it’s like wheeling and camping during Thanksgiving weekend. We wrap everything up with a full Thanksgiving dinner around the fire, plus a spicy chili cook-off that gets competitive fast.
