Growing up in Kosovo, Venera Kadriu has always loved playing volleyball and was excited to be recruited to play at Northwood University. Over the course of her volleyball career, she’s avoided serious injury until a slip on the volleyball court last fall resulted in a complete ACL and MCL rupture. Thanks to her prompt diagnosis at WellSport and her arthroscopic ACL reconstruction performed by Dr. Sabin Shah, she’s feeling strong and excited about the upcoming volleyball season.
