This year, on the first day of autumn, I uploaded the first video I've ever created that heavily relied on music (that isn't mine) to help tell a story. "Where Is My Mind" is not only about summer's ending, but also about looking to the future when you don't know where you are in the present.
There have been 7 videos since that one and music (that isn't mine) has been a prominent theme throughout almost all of them. As this (now) old season comes to a close and a new one approaches I continue to contemplate the road ahead but this time with (hopefully) a better understanding of where I am now.
This Sunday will mark another change in seasons, the winter solstice and if you ask me, the last day (and the first day) of the (new) year. Just in case you felt like you needed something to meditate on.
