Just a gamer girl trying to have fun. I enjoy all sorts of games and cooking, but above all friends.

Thai Patties

4 skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
2 garlic cloves
5 scallion/spring onions finely chopped
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp cilantro
2 cups bread crumbs.

Burgers
2 Thai Chicken patties
1 Tbsp veggie Oil
2 Burger Buns
Arugula to top

Slaw
1/4 cup red
cabbage

1 carrot peeled
and sliced
matchsticks

1/2 red Onion

1/2 red chili,
seeded and
chopped finely

juice of one lime

1/2 Tbs Honey

1 garlic clove

1 Tbs rice wine
Vinegar

1/2 Tbsp soy
sauce

handful of
Coriander and
cilantro

Sauce
2 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tsp Sweet chili sauce
