I spot this young guy texting in traffic and gave him a bit of a hard time about it.
Using a phone while you're operating a vehicle (and unless you are parked up, with the engine off, then you're still 'driving') has been illegal for almost a decade now, yet still too many drivers do it!
I was a little sarcastic with him, but that was only because I felt he was trying to wriggle out of this by saying he was parked.
In the end, he took it on the chin, he wasn't abusive, and he was reasonable with me.
Lets hope he's learned something! :)
