Photogenic #Tornadoes over Texas in glorious 4K 60p HDR. A cyclic supercell in north Texas spawned multiple, incredible tornadoes on April 23rd 2021. Touching down South of Quanah, near Lockett, TX and Vernon, TX. I captured some minor damage to a few homes not far from my location, but otherwise these beautiful tornadoes stuck to open prairie and ranch land. A tornado and rainbow teamed up for a rare sight of serenity and fury.
I'm going to make a really cool full chase video. I have additional footage from the gopro and iphone to share. As well as drone footage, the lead up to the chase, and the epic colorful skies after the storm was done. I'll probably do a 'nowcasting' explainer with radar scans and how I nailed my chase target really early on.
