A lot of people have commented on the Texas abortion bill, and although that's important, I'd like to highlight a court case in Texas that isn't being talked about near enough in the media: Brackeen vs. Haaland which claims that the ICWA law is unconstitutional because it's (somehow) racist. Let's talk about this.
