Never had a cello lesson in my life and I've forgotten how to read bass clef, but that won't stop me from attempting the Game Boy Tetris theme. :)
The "Tetris Type A Theme" was created by composer Hirokazu Tanaka and based on the Russian folk song "Korobeiniki." I learned this completely by ear and don't have any sheet music.
