This is a short test video. Just shooting a short clip while looking through my new Zacuto Z-Finder 2.5. Yeah, I know, the depth of field is too narrow for this shot and the lighting ain't too great either. I wasn't testing the lens or the lighting. Honestly, I didn't even bother to check the shutter speed or much anything else. So don't draw too many conclusions about my camera (Canon 7D) or the lens (Canon 50mm f/1.4). I was just checking out what it looks like when I look through the Z-Finder, which I'd just finished unboxing and installing. Mulligan is always a willing model, and gets excited whenever I post a new video of her. :-) Plus, even with all the imperfections of how I set up the shot, this is the first time I've uploaded any 24p/1080 HD footage shot with my new 7D, so I kinda wanted to see how badly YouTube's encoding would screw it up.
