Sorry if this was a confusing post! Jess and I stopped by our wedding venue so we could do a live stream test on their wi-fi and make sure we'd be set to stream the ceremony in May. Seems like it'll do the job! :)

This video is an introductory look at POTS: what it is, what symptoms it causes, and a few tips for managing those symptoms. :)
Since the last time I posted an update on my health journey, I received another diagnosis: POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
You may have heard me mention POTS in a previous video.. because I thought wed ruled it out! Turns out we just needed to look closer. POTS is very common in folks with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, so my wonderful medical team was ready with knowledge and treatments to help me out!
