As I mentioned, I'm officially moved into my new apt so that is exciting and I'm sure I'll be posting all the pics on Instagram soon. :) Also I am hoping to finally go through all the comments and videos I've missed in the last couple months eventually. So sorry for not responding to things yet!
And of course, the excitement for Book Bath Box! :D The boxes will be going out in about a month, and any orders made now will be for the Winter box (which ships in January). Oh I also forgot to mention it in the video, but the Book Bath Box mugs are officially up on the site for sale! This video is an introductory look at POTS: what it is, what symptoms it causes, and a few tips for managing those symptoms. :)
Since the last time I posted an update on my health journey, I received another diagnosis: POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
You may have heard me mention POTS in a previous video.. because I thought wed ruled it out! Turns out we just needed to look closer. POTS is very common in folks with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, so my wonderful medical team was ready with knowledge and treatments to help me out!
