Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity introduces an original character in the form of Terrako, Zelda's diminutive guardian from 100 years before the events of Breath of the Wild. Terrako is a very powerful, momentum-based warrior as the key to success is assessing the situation to see if it's beneficial to set-up an instant WP gauge depletion with Combo 5, or to wait for a rune prompt/dodged attack to create some havoc. He's a fairly straightforward character with a "one size fits all" combo 6, and is one of the most consistent and reliable members of the roster over all. Don't let the cuteness of the egg robot fool you: Terrako is a verified killing machine!
So what is the “Warrior Showcase”, exactly? I wanted to make a new commentary series geared specifically towards "newer" players beginning their first steps into progressing the game. This primarily focuses on the strengths of a particular moveset, and give new players a taste of what’s waiting for them if they decide to invest heavily in their favourite warrior. I wanted to make this series similar to how we tackled Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition and Fire Emblem Warriors, where we look at each character from a long-term perspective.
