Enhanced aerial view of September 16, 2016 fatal shooting of Terence Crutcher by Tulsa police officer Betty Jo Shelby. The video appears to show Crutcher reaching his left and inside the open window of the SUV running in the middle of 36th St. North in Tulsa.
Immediately following the shooting, Crutcher's family's civil attorneys held a press conference showing still photos purported to show a closed driver's side window with red streaks across it, which they identified as blood. Homicide investigators said the driver's side window as open, as this video appears to show.

Shelby pleaded not guilty to manslaughter in the case. Her trial begins on May 8 in Tulsa.
