He is made with modded parts, so he cannot be uploaded to the sporepedia.
i have included a list of mods used, as well as his png that hopefully can be dropped into the files in this tumblr post.

I can't give a tutorial, because I've never tried adding a modded creation into the game thru a png, but I've heard it's possible??? but if anyone gets it to work please let me know.
