The Spear Tempest has the sustain of the water attunement and overload, while being able to dish out tons of AoE damage from the spear and air overload while peeling for allies with CC and weakness for a supportive DPS or aggressive support playstyle in Guild Wars 2 PvP. It can be easy to focus, but it has many tools to peel for itself and secure its survival so that it can last long enough for its extended cast times.
