The Power Paragon has high sustain and soft mitigation as well as stacking might to make it a great duelist in Guild Wars 2 PvP. While it lacks the chasing potential or CC of other warriors builds to secure kills, it taxes enemies with projectiles to prevent it from being kited too much.
